Please attach a panoramic X-ray picture and CT scan (Computer Tomography)  of your jaw bones (of course we can do all those examinations on site, but providing them in advance will help us to deliver a more predictable plan of the treatment).

After analyzing the X-ray images and reviewing your requirements, we will present a preliminary treatment proposal (a selection of possible variants) along with information about the expected costs and the duration of treatment

                       Transportation

Transport from the airport and transport between the hotel and the clinic

You will be picked up from your chosen airport (Kraków-Balice or Katowice-Pyrzowice) by an English-speaking employee of the clinic. We provide a free transfer to your hotel using our own means of transport. Once here, the journeys between your hotel and the clinic will be taken care of by a local partner taxi company.

Rooms

Booking and accommodation 

We offer accommodation and meals for the duration of your stay at the Trojak Hotel in Mysłowice (5 mins drive from the clinic). Special rates apply for patients of Dental Centrum.  Alternatively, we can provide assistance in booking a hotel of your choice.  At the patient's request, we will help in renting an independent apartment (flat) for the duration of the stay.

Assistance on arrival and during your stay

Undergoing dental (surgical) treatment may mean having to stay in a hotel room and not being able to move about freely. We provide assistance with everyday activities such as making necessary grocery purchases, getting a newspaper, etc.

                      Going back

Returning home and post-treatment care.

We have to say goodbye. Your arrival was not a problem, and neither is your return. Our employee will transport you to the airport and make sure that check-in goes smoothly. We will provide you with detailed information and instructions on how to care for implants and prosthetic restorations. You will also be given a written copy, in English, so that you can give it to your dentist at home. But, of course, we are always happy to meet you again at our clinic, to check and make sure that everything works as expected.
